Jackson Township Police Dept is a full service police department located in central New Jersey and is comprised of 88 full-time police officers including the Chief of Police, 2 Captains, 4 Lieutenants, 13 Sergeants, 7 Detectives and 61 police officers fulfilling a variety of roles within the police department. These officers are assisted by a civilian support staff that includes 11 full time telecommunicators, 5 part-time telecommunicators, 9 administrative and records secretaries, and 5 police specials (Class II’s).
