Founded in 2020 by co-directors, Craig Blain and Elaine McNish, Move focuses on using research and insight to guide system leaders and organisations to enhance their capacity and impact through identifying and developing the knowledge, skills and confidence of their workforces. Whether supporting clients to shape their strategic thinking, writing operational plans, designing qualifications, delivering their workforce development programmes, or helping them to evaluate the impact of their work, their offer includes a range of services aimed at delivering projects that drive equality, diversity and inclusion for the least active members of society.
