The idea to eliminate the choice between function over fashion is how The Artemis Company, LLC was born. The name for The Artemis Company, LLC was inspired by a prominent goddess from Greek Mythology: Artemis. Artemis is known as the Goddess of chastity, virginity, the hunt, the moon, the natural environment, and the protector of young women. She was also reputable for her pure virginity and seeking justice toward men that, in many myths, tried to rape her. Artemis was our namesake inspiration because she embodies the strength of women to independently protect themselves.
