While founded in 2010, our company now combines 3 separate entities under the Kirstin Health & Wellness umbrella. Kirstin’s Haven, Inc is a 501(c)(3) community-based, nonprofit organization that was established in 2010 to help homeless veterans and individuals transition into sustainable housing. Kirstin Care, LLC combines 6 outpatient programs that cover therapeutic (OMHC), case management (PRP), medication management, nursing (Health Home), employment (Supported Employment), and substance abuse services (IOP/OP). These programs are run by a talented and experienced team of clinicians, nurses, and social workers. KIRSTIN’s HAVEN, INC. was established in 2010 to help homeless veterans and individuals transition into sustainable housing. KIRSTIN CARE PRP provides on-site and off-site psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with mental illness to support greater levels of independence that help them reach their full potential in life. KIRSTIN WELLNESS GROUP takes pride in providing comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and veteran services to promote the health and quality of life for consumers in DC Metro Region. Kirstin Care, LLC Health Home is a healthcare delivery approach that focuses on the whole person and integrates and coordinates primary care, behavioral health, and community and social support services. Kirstin Care, LLC Supported Employment Program provides job coaching, job development, and ongoing employment support services to individuals with serious mental illness that have had challenges with obtaining competitive employment, sustaining employment, or are no longer employed. Kirstin Care, LLC IOP/OP is designed for men and women over the age 18 with substance abuse or co-occurring MH/SA disorders.
