This comprehensive support includes an extensive library of best practices and other materials to assist individual forums Supported by AFS, the HBS program (under the auspices of local clubs) began in 2009 with one forum in Boston and has expanded to eleven HBS clubs across the US and Canada. Those clubs have launched over 60 forums, and hundreds of HBS alumni have benefitted from the unique power of forum. Comprehensive services include: Forum, circle and other peer group facilitation Designing and facilitating forum orientations, moderator trainings, train-the-trainer sessions, tune-ups, and retreats. Strategic design Supporting the development of new forum programs including determining program goals, membership criteria, and issues focus, as well as defining meeting formats, leadership, training, technology and pricing models. Advisory services Enhancing the organizational and individual-member value of existing forum programs.
