She leverages her HR leadership experience and an extensive professional network to benefit clients' seeking career advancement or transition. Britt provides expertise in recruiting senior and executive health professionals, especially physicians and biomedical researchers in academic medicine. She also offers career coaching, grounded in the Myers Briggs framework, to individuals seeking career direction.
