Genesys Group was founded in 1997 in Dallas, Texas. Genesys started as a recruiting and staffing company operating in Technology and Healthcare. Successful Client relationships necessitated growth in other areas, specifically Finance & Accounting, Legal and Engineering. In 2000, at the request of a Fortune 500 Client, Genesys expanded its service offerings to include higher level, longer term Consultant engagements. In 2004, Genesys developed solution offerings in the form of Project and Outsourcing Management Teams, and today, Genesys operates on a local, regional, national and international basis, partnering with over 300 Clients.
