İZMİR KALIP ; İzmir Kalıp started its activities with 4 employees in 100m2 closed area in Izmir Industrial Area in 1992.   By expanding its production area to 600 m2 in 1998 , the company specialized in progressive tooling . Widening its horizons by the help of CAD-CAM and CNC investments , the company started manufacturing tools and supplying sheet metal parts for House Appliances and Automative sector.   In 2002 , the company moved to its factory with 5000 m2 closed area in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.   In 2014 , Izmir Kalıp again expanded to its newly constructed factory which is 16.750 m2 and continued its adventure to shape sheet metal till now.   Izmir Kalıp meets customer requirements by means of its wide machine and equipment park using advanced technology .  It can perform 3D design , construction  and mechanical analsys before production and check the quality of the produced parts by lazer scanning and coordinate measuring.  In accordance with customer requirements , enchancing its product range and variety day by day , our company experiences the pride of being partners with our customers by incorporating assmebly and welding process.  Izmir Kalip contiunes to grow and develop itself with its more than 256 employees.
