We are a mold maker professionally involved in designing and manufacturing of plastic mold. Our Manufacturing capability: 27 sets CNC including: 3 sets 5-axis CNC, 9 sets high speed CNC, 2 sets Gantry CNC, 1 set Horizontal CNC, 7 sets CNC for making electrodes (in copper and Graphite) 17 sets EDM including: 3 sets double-head EDM 4 sets mirror EDM 6 sets precision EDM 10 sets Wire Cutting Machines 5 sets plastic injection machines (160T, 280T, 450T, 800T, 1860T) During the whole mold manufacturing process, we strictly follow the manufacturing flow chart, build a weekly progress report to control the project progress. From production to delivery, we are committed to providing molds with high-quality and fast delivery time. We take quality as our lifeline. Strict inspection is the guarantee of high quality. All productions and factory management of the company are strictly performed in accordance with the ISO9001, ISO 14001 and TS 16949 quality assurance requirements. All the products will be inspected through CMM, Projector, height gauge. In order to realize the goal of “zero defects”, we control the quality at each step of manufacturing. Relying on advanced techniques and excellent services, we won more popularity from more customers.
