Sandra is a Can Fit Pro certified personal trainer specializing in pre & post natal health & fitness (including correction of diastasis recti / abdominal split), weight loss, dance training & conditioning, injury prevention & correction, as well as family fitness. Training is available in a private, fully equipped studio with easy access to TTC or can be offered in the setting of your choice. The studio is a child-friendly space and most classes offered are mom-friendly so you can always bring your kids along with you for the workout!
