Prisma’s offices are located in Buenos Aires, with one of its partners based in the US. The seniority of Prisma’s founding partners is the basis for premium deal flow access, through an extensive contact network both in the corporate sector and the investment community. Our team has a proven track record in deal execution, having conducted over US$15bn in debt and equity transactions in their current and previous experience. Deal origination and execution is supported by an in-house research unit with deep knowledge and understanding of the Southern Cone’s corporate sector.
