Cicero Associates has been established to concentrate the capabilities of a team of dedicated social scientists and professionals in the fields of political analysis, public policy, development, communications, and brand and image management. We offer services in the areas of survey research and SWOT polls, constituency development and management, social media, communication, opinion building, leadership development and training, and back office support.
