Unique event facility nestled in a Class A office park in the Quad Cities (Davenport IA), just miles from Interstate I-74 & I-80 with close, ample parking in a natural "park-like" setting. We offer a variety of spaces for your events which features three large rooms with modular furniture, allowing for flexible configurations that can accommodate 40-120 people. Six additional rooms are available for smaller audiences of 6-10 people. All rentals are inclusive of state-of-the art audio / visual technology including projectors, screens, touch pad controls, microphones, whiteboards, confidence monitors and wireless internet access welcoming hybrid events which combine in-person and virtual attendees.
