We have over 20 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods, which include: intercept interviews, online surveys, computer-assisted telephone interviews, and focus group research. Our recent research projects include the Regional Transit Authority, Midway Airport, Cook County Forest Preserves, the Illinois Department of Public Health, Leo Burnett Advertising Agency and the University of Chicago (NORC). We conduct research across industries, brands, and product categories, have a network of over 300 interviewers and research partners throughout the United States, and have an in-house database of over 30k survey participants.
