Founded in 2009, AVO Lean Consulting SRL is a consulting company designed to create value for our partners, and help them to achieve lower costs, improve productivity and quality, and decrease time to market. The consultancy that we offer is effective: - Improving process flow; - Reducing production costs; - Reducing time to market (money will be back soon in the company).
