Fair Path Homes provides leasing solutions with mortgage qualification support for prospective home buyers. Our program allows clients who cannot currently qualify for a mortgage to select the home of their choice that we purchase and allow them to rent with an option to purchase. Our clients include self-employed who for tax purposes show little taxable income; recently divorced in need of establishing credit history; recent college graduates currently employed needing time to build credit and job history; prospective buyers who have experienced a recent setback such as a medical issue, job loss, or have made a recent career change needing time to re-establish employment history.
