Discovering Paths offers a variety of services designed to help you discover paths to health and harmony and make the choices you need to live a balanced life. We offer life skills mentoring for adolescents and young adults with Asperger's Syndrome. We provide Asian bodywork therapies and modalities including shiatsu, cupping, guasha, moxibustion and Chinese herbs. Instruction in the martial art Aikido is offered. From physical fitness to nutrition, from life skills to Asian medicine, Discovering Paths will work with you to design a unique, personal program that will enable you to live more fully and harmoniously with Nature.
