Knights Events & Catering has provided production, infrastructure, meals and professional services for prestigious State Banquets, Corporate Events and Private Entertainment for twenty nine years, the combined experience of the three managing members being drawn on to ensure that each event is successful, no matter what the event may be, nor the size and number of guests. We have a proud record of friendly, efficient and personal attention for the needs of our clients. Our creative expertise produces memorable experiences appropriate to any event, function or party, for which ideas and solutions are extensive and versatile, constantly adapted to the nature, budget and specific requirements of any occasion. Our strength lies in our ability to tackle the most logistically challenging event with great success. During our peak season, November and December, our facilities service up to 15 000 guests per week for functions varying in size, be there 10 guests for a small, intimate dinner to thousands for a large function. We specialise in conceptualising to match any budget, including all aspects and resources required by the client. To ensure our seamless ability to expand our operations to accommodate simultaneously large numbers of functions and events, we have access to several staffing companies, hotel and chef schools.
