Development & Investment: D2 Organization is a privately owned opportunistic investment group focused on acquiring and repositioning land for new development. Investments include raw land and excess or obsolete industrial facilities. Each D2 investment is provided a customized development strategy leveraging a unique and complex assemblage of expertise and innovative technical knowledge to successfully guide the property through approvals, remediation, and entitlements, positioning each land asset for disposition through either sale or ground lease. Transaction Advisory: D2 Capital Advisors is the real estate consulting and transaction advisory division of the D2 Organization. D2CA structures and arranges real estate capital transactions for the debt and equity needs of developers and investors as well as for D2's internal projects.
