Our mission is to teach the true meaning of yoga - UNION. Santosha is a community of people coming together to share what we have learned and help each other realize the love and compassion that surrounds us all. We do this in many ways, with the practice of yoga at the center of what we teach. Santosha means contentment with what is, right now. Yoga cannot be explained in words - it can only be experienced and then shared. Santosha seeks to share that experience with all who open their hearts to what the world has to offer.
