I am an attorney and mediator practicing in the City of Chicago. I got into the law because I saw it as an avenue for helping people, and it's that belief that drives my practice. People have far too much to worry about and pay for these days, and hiring an attorney shouldn't push someone to the financial brink. That's why I chose to operate my law office virtually. Most attorneys and law firms feel the need to impress their clients with fancy office space and a large staff, but those "perks" cost money, and it's their clients who end up footing the bill in the form of higher hourly rates and fees. With me, clients may not get to visit a swanky office, but they get equally effective service for a lower cost. And, my clients get to deal directly with me. You won't be bounced around between secretaries and paralegals trying to get an answer to your questions. I can almost always be reached, and when I can't answer a call for some reason, I return it within 24 hours. When I'm not practicing law, I'm spending time with my beautiful and amazing wife, Chelsea, our delightful daughter, Fiona, and our dog, Oliver, most likely enjoying infant toys or taking family walks for ice cream. I'm an avid fan of NHL hockey and the Chicago Blackhawks in particular, love to explore new cities and countries when I get the chance, and am a sucker for trying out new restaurants.
