We believe in a world where people that care can change the world for the better, therefore it is our mission to help people navigate complexity [change], together. Our bet is that millions of people will benefit from a decentralised library of practical knowledge on a platform where they can connect on a deeper level, and guide and be guided through the difficult and novel challenges in their work and life. We envision a regeneration of the social fabric of society, where helping one another is rewarded on a deeper level and is financially sustainable. We are only just getting started, but we’re building on the foundations laid in the past years. To start, we’re creating an open and decentralised library of guides, where change makers can guide each other, useful guides are rewarded, and where organisations can share better ways of working together openly within their team or the with world. In parallel, we’re exploring the idea of creating ‘unproductive spaces’ where real work emerges. Through gathering around a campfire, shared journalling and practicing gratitude we believe we can enable people to sit with a challenge and connect in a different way. Unlocking trust and reclaiming the online space from the productivity obsession and creating a place for curiosity, thriving and beautiful pathways to emerge. Last but not least, a new generation of guides is ready to step up and we are committed to helping them succeed. Through introducing habits such as noticing, journalling, and experiencing the benefits of practicing gratitude, we think we can break the negative vibes coming out of big tech. Humanity deserves the benefit of the doubt. As a community we have the power to shape the future of guides, and society.
