Global Agriculture Development Business Trust
www.glagd.comA COMMON LAW TRUST ORGANIZATION The Global Agriculture Development Business Trust (herein referred to as "GADBT" or "the trust") is a common-law trust organization registered in the STATE OF NEVADA (NRS-88A) involved in establishing Business Co-operatives which are "Custom Co-Operatives™." The in-ordinary formation of the custom co-operatives™ we are establishing provide potential investors the opportunity to be involved in the "Development" of Agricultural Operations and control seventy percent (70%) of the net proceeds of the operations with security not normally (or formally) realized. In addition to this business model as a custom feature, the following scenarios will also be applicable to our custom co-operatives™ approach: A UNIQUE CUSTOM CO-OPERATIVES APPROACH 1. If the land to be developed and managed (entire 50,000 Ht) is owned by 1 to 3 families (this is customary in Africa) then the families will have a 1/3 to 4/10 say in the operation of the co-operative in the way of Board Member Positions. The focus of the operations will be large scale farming operations. 2. If the land is owned by small Farm Holders of say 1 to 10 Hectares each, then the co-operative will be governed through by-laws that allow voting by the members to elect board members from available human resources within the body of land owners that agree to operate the co-operative within the guidelines of the by-laws. In this case the focus of the co-operative will be to invest in facilities and equipment which will operate small concessions of agricultural products. And finally, the co-operatives formed by the trust will be grouped in groups of 10 co-operatives each, within the same region, and each will be encumbered with 1/10th of the infrastructure budget which will allow their individual products to be grouped together to create a finished product and get it to the International Markets where necessary. This will ensure the success of the individual custom co-operatives™
