We developed a number of innovative and clever Passive House construction methods bringing Passive House construction cost into line with traditional construction costs. Viking House consulted for Morgan Sindall in the UK for the construction of Passive Schools in 2010. We are now building a Passive House without membranes, tapes, ducts or a back-up heating system for Mosart. We have already constructed and renovated close to 100 Passive House projects to date and are highly experienced in Passive House construction methods.
