The Florida Financial Management Association (FFMA) was established to serve as a primary resource for those interested in building relationships and learning fundamental skills needed to succeed in a career in business. Some of the topics covered include financial modeling, accounting, valuation, and investments. Every semester, members will work on a mock buyside M&A deal and manage a $300 million virtual investment portfolio that implements alternative investment strategies such as long/short equity, arbitrage, and derivatives.
