Chrisara was founded by twin sisters, Christa Schmitz and Sara Schmitz Olson, with goal of creating original and uniquely contemporary apparel and home elements. Christa and Sara, have been collaborating on artwork and designs since they were young. Both started painting and drawing at an early age. As their skills developed, Christa and Sara went on to earn awards and recognition. Deciding to branch out, Sara obtained a fashion design degree and Christa earned an interior design degree. Each brings complimenting qualities to the table with different design backgrounds. .
