The four key competency areas that define our existence are Organization Development (OD), Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Education & Training Services. COLD also oversees the Organization Leadership and Development Network (OLDN) and OLDN TV. OLDN is a professional community of scholars and practitioners involved in OD, Leadership and Governance.
