Crawford & Bowen Planning, Inc. was formed by two seasoned environmental planners who saw a need in the Central Valley for specialized environmental planning services. Our mission is to provide excellent environmental consulting at the most efficient level, while maintaining the highest standards for quality and legal compliance. Our firm specializes in CEQA/NEPA documentation, air quality studies, farmland conversion studies, regulatory compliance and Caltrans environmental processing. To supplement our services, we have established relationships with specialized firms who provide biological, traffic, cultural, water and noise consulting services. These individual services can be provided on an as-needed basis under the management and oversight of Crawford & Bowen, providing our clients with a full service environmental team.
