Founded by Mr. Wolfgang Zwiener in Manhattan New York, our first restaurant opened on Feb 26, 2004 at 4 Park Avenue (33rd Street). There are currently 15 locations worldwide: 9 in U.S.A., 4 in Japan, 1 in South Korea, and 1 in the Philippines. In 2017, another one will open in Singapore, at the new Intercontinental Hotel at Robertson Quay.
