We design and build products, develop powerful processes and underpin our programs with systems thinking and Integral Coaching methodologies. Ennea International has three main components: 1. Product Development Firmly based on the body of applied psychological research, our products are sophisticated applications of carefully selected models of organizational behavior. They are tailored to provide relevant feedback on factors that either impair or enhance excellence. Our intervention strategies are aimed at bringing about sustained change in leadership, team and individual behavior, guaranteeing improved synergy and performance. . 2. Certification We ensure that all practitioners have successfully completed our certification training. We offer certification at five levels which combine product, process and methodology. Level 1 equips people to use our products with individuals (in coaching or mentoring contexts) and Level 2 equips them to work developmentally with teams. 3. Delivery Effective facilitation is essential to creating and sustaining an environment in which teams and workgroup communities can thrive. Our Faculty are facilitators that are fully certified and have been hand-picked to run our Ennea programs. They have also gone through rigorous testing, completed case studies and proven themselves during observed facilitation.
