Our Story: La Vie de la Rose is founded by Dr. Nataleah Rose Schotte who holds a Ph.D. in therapeutic counseling, is an ordained minister and a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation. La Vie was born out of Dr. Schotte's desire to heal from a childhood of sexual abuse and to support other female trauma survivors to do the same. In 2006, combining a lifetime of healing, years of clinical research and many thousands of hours counseling trauma survivors, she created our unique collection of flower essences. Women from a healing group Dr. Schotte facilitated became the founding mothers of the company. These women poured their hearts into this venture with the goal of sharing the healing they had experienced with others. Today, La Vie continues to be run by female abuse survivors with the same dedication to service as day one. We understand that as women heal, they become a formidable force of social change as activists, leaders, healers and teachers. And our mission is to support these women through our powerful flower essences.
