Seminole State College's Center for Business Development assists small business owners in Seminole County to start, grow and succeed through the following programs: Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Seminole Advisory Board Council, Business Incubation Program, Corporate College & Training Grants Small Business Development Center The Florida SBDC at Seminole State College provides free one-on-one consultation to small-business owners and pre-venture clients. Seminole Advisory Board Council Companies are matched with a volunteer board of advisors to assist with planning for the next phase of growth. Business Incubation Program This award-winning Incubator home to early phase businesses that want to accelerate their growth profile, the Business Incubation Program provides low-cost and shared facilities along with daily access to on-site business consultants. Corporate College Courses Professional development programs, short courses, conferences and seminars provide participants who are employed in various occupations with up-to-date information and skills. Quick Response Training Grants The QRT Grants Program provides state funding via CareerSource Florida, to new and expanding businesses for customized employee training.
