Independent Adult Day Centers, LLC (“IADC”) is devoted to maximizing the quality of life for individuals who need regular personal or medical care, supervision or are otherwise at risk of institutionalization. We operate four core service lines, comprising a continuum of care to meet the needs of our Guests: 1) Our three Indianapolis area Adult Day Centers offer a safe and home-like environment where our Guests can socialize and participate in activities under the supervision of licensed nurses, Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialists, and professional trained staff. 2) We provide Health Care Coordination, through which we ensure access needed medical services by connecting our Guests to PCPs and appropriate specialists, proactively scheduling visits for preventative care and based on change-in condition, providing transportation to and attending medical appointments, and providing follow-up to improve understanding of and compliance with MD orders. 3) We provide in-home Personal/Attendant Care, preparing meals, assisting with activities of daily living, and performing light housekeeping in our Guests homes. 4) We are a licensed Home Health provider offering in-home skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy. IADC was founded in 2017 and is locally owned. We seek to provide the highest quality of care by fostering a culture of hospitality.
