Those reports are handled by a team of experts and optionally published via the company’s timeline to show the ideas to other employees. In order to increase the motivation to send reports, the person, that submitted the report, is anonymous. Every action within the application is rewarded with points and additional gifts. Policy Checker Due to the amount of policies and their complexity, it is not always easy to make fast and compliant decision. The Policy Checker is able to communicate your policies in an easy way by displaying them in structured decision trees. Employees simply answer a few yes/no questions in order to determine their situation and are presented with an informative guidance. This enables your employees to make decisions fast and easy.
