Community Partnerships is dedicated to building inclusive communities that embrace the inherent potential of every individual. A private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people of all ages with disabilities or social and economic disadvantages to pursue their dreams and engage fully in community life, Community Partnerships provides one-on-one services to individuals through a wide variety of programs. To accomplish its mission, the agency works in partnership with individuals, their families, and others in their lives to design and provide a personalized array of services in the community.
