Berlina Projects was established in 1994 mainly building residential homes in the Sydney metropolitan area. Whilst our passion remains with building beautiful quality architectural homes, Berlina also involves itself in the medium density and commercial divisions, which encompasses a philosophy of project management centred on delivering projects of the upmost quality on time, and within budgeted projections. Our strong growth over the past decade and a half can mainly be attributed to not only our knowledge and experience in the industry, but also our ability to create and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders. It is these relationships, and the ongoing focus on a collaborative work ethic, that have formed the foundation for our successful dealings with all participants involved in our diverse range of projects. As true as that is, you can never under-estimate the enormous influence that loyalty brings to bear. Most of our team have been with us for over 20 years, and it is this pool of experience centred around respect and collaboration that has led to the development of our simple, yet prevalent attitude: "Do it right once and remember the quality is in the detail."
