Wicked Awesome BBQ has been serving the Upper Valley since 2010 when Chef David Mcinnis bought his first smoker. Chef David began setting up with a table and tent along with the towing the smoker from place to place. He would then serve all day bouncing between public parks and community events. Soon thereafter he opened a takeout shack in Thetford, VT. Adding a food truck in 2013 brought his New England BBQ across the Upper Valley, which is still serving delicious food on-the-go. In 2017, Wicked Awesome BBQ decided to grow from a smoke shack to a full restaurant in White River Junction, VT.
