Swell is a full service real estate investment group that buys, renovates and sells homes in Midland, Bay City, Grand Rapids and throughout West Michigan. Focusing on creating value for their investors, employees and community. In addition to renovating properties, we buy and hold rental properties and apartment buildings as investments. Swell has a strong background in construction and finding distressed properties. Swell was founded on the belief of creating a brighter future for all our clients, employees and community. For us it’s not just a catchy slogan, it’s the foundation of our business. We’d rather do no deals than bad deals. Our founder Shawn spent several years on the west coast working with one of the largest investment groups in San Diego, where they renovated 50-70 homes per year and raised private equity to renovate apartment buildings. After several years in San Diego, Shawn found a new love for his home state and eventually moved home.
