35kilos connects you to a world of amazing stories & green coffees. We seek to promote and encourage sustainable coffee production. Our current selections for the 2018 harvest season are 5 special batches from Finca la Luisa, located in the beautiful Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia. This first edition was a 9 months task, starting with the selection of the varietals and selecting the proper process for each batch. We worked hand by hand with the producer, who has been involved in the coffee production for about a century. We have an amazing collection of green coffee and great stories to tell. Each one of our talented coffee pickers has a great tale to share and our mission is to share a fresh product and share their journey.
