James Allen Builders was founded in 2004 by brothers, Justin Swanson and James Swanson III. The two started in the construction industry working for their father and grandfather while they were still in grade school. Having literally grown up in the business, they learned the importance of quality work and craftsmanship from an early age. Justin and James have continued to expand the business year after year by adding staff and increasing their knowledge and skill set by attending educational seminars and acquiring additional training, They also have the benefit of more than 65 years of construction knowledge and experience from their father and grandfather. Growing up with such experienced professional mentors, James and Justin are prepared to handle any project.
