“Large Business Experience and Results with Small Business Responsiveness and Focus” ALAE was established in 2009 and, thanks to our customers, success came quickly. ALAE’s founder, Rich Hardwick, has over 25 years of experience in the execution of AFMC requirements. This spans a wide variety of sustainment missions, and includes technical performance as well as management. While employed by a large business, Rich was responsible for the capture, staffing, and overall execution of over $550M in ID/IQ order spanning two decades. He has directly managed programs with budgets ranging from $50K to over $50M, and led a team effort of growing his assigned large businesses’ P&L center from $8M to $43M in Warner Robins over a decade. His total P&L responsibility spanned the three ALC’s (WR-ALC, OC-ALC, OO-ALC) and generated ~ $87M in annual revenues during 2008. ALAE has ongoing contract/subcontracts supporting SBIR/STTR, AFLCMC, and the FAA.
