We advise businesses in challenging growth situations; help to launch new companies and new products; assist in market entry; structure turnarounds; and helpt to both analyse and run mergers, aquisitions, and MBOs. Our clients range from some of the largest technology firms and government agencies to promising university spin-outs. Our approach is based on providing a rigorous analysis of the economics of an opportunity, and we are often asked first to find and create opportunities other cannot not see, then translating that vision into a practical operational plan. Additionally, where suitable Insight SRI will occasionally invest in early stage firms (typically seed or start-up technologies), and can engage larger firms with cash flow difficulties on a sweat equity basis.
