An organization created by a community of designers for designers. DesignWays is a brand built lean, close to its community and in conformity with two values: knowledge and mutuality. Its organizers and founders are Joanna Ostafin, Kamil Kozieł, Tomasz Osowski and Michał Sambora, who have been active in the industry for many years. The Krakow Designers' Initiative, a group they founded in 2015 now brings together nearly 1,700 designers from all over Poland and is behind the establishment of the DesignWays brand. There are currently two sub-brands within DesignWays: DesignWays Hub - an educational space created to connect organizations and people willing to share their knowledge with others, and DesignWays Conf - one of the largest conferences for UX/UI designers in Poland, held regularly since 2018 in Krakow.
