An HR audit is conducted to understand the needs of the organisation, the current system and procedures that followed. In this module we understand the organisation domain space, its competitors as well as the current standing of manpower practices. This basic module is a startup kit which enables the organisation to initiate the basic HR functions and work towards the benefit of the employer as well as employee • HR INTERVENTIONS - HR Interventions is the next step after the Initiator module. In this module we deal with advance HR Practices. The role of each employee is studied and defined and the Key result areas are set as per the organizational objectives and goal. They are measured in the Key performance indicators helping the organisation to identify the performers. The competencies of each employee are mapped as to understand the training needs and work on the weakness to achieve success in the said role. • HR INSIGHT - Once the training needs are understood and worked upon organisation gets an insight into its strengths and areas of improvement. In this module we provide a platform for regular employer employee interactions through formal and informal mode leading to a win‐win scenario We would start with implementation of HR Initiator in Phase 1 HR Interventions and HR Insight will be implemented in Phase 2 and phase 3 after the basic HR need are fulfilled and implemented. Following are the Eight Components of our HR Consulting Model will be carried out in above 3 phases 1. Organisation Structure & Design 2. Organisation Policies design and Procedure 3.
