Campostano Group was established in 1927 and started out as ship-agent and freight forwarder. Over a time span of four generations, the company has substantially extended the scope of its activities maintaining, up until today, the full shareholding within the family. Nowadays, Campostano Group controls 20 companies involved in both operation and general services, taking care of all aspects of road transport and sea-borne trade. In the wake of the traditional roles as ship-agent and freight forwarder, Campostano Group has moved on to set up as shipbroker and insurance broker. Besides, steps have also been taken to increase the presence in the containerized goods sector.
