At Doral Psychotherapy I serve clients struggling with issues such as :Trauma, Grief and Loss, Women’s Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders and Aging and Life Transitions. I use a variety of modalities which incorporate best practice from DBT, CPT, Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Short-term Problem Solving. I believe in a strength- based approach that is holistic, eclectic and guided by the individual needs of the client.
