The Unsped Group was founded in 1981 as "Ünsped Beynelminel Nakliyat - M.Haluk Ündeğer" and began to work on exports and imports customs operations as principal activities. It had been joint-stock company in 1995 taking its name "Ünsped Uluslararası Nakliyat ve Gümrükleme A.Ş.". It was separated in 2002 as two companies are "Ünsped Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş.” and “Ünsped Global Lojistik Ticaret A.Ş.”. It has served services domestic transportation, warehouse and bonded warehouse since 2002.
