CMC Bookworks was formed out of the knowledge & experience in skills of desktop publishing, photography, page & web design and later to include digital publishing. This purpose evolved out of the needs and requests of customers I've served in the real estate profession. The purpose of CMC Bookworks is to use text and images to create a flow of information that will draw the reader in and assist with the understanding of the intended message. Whether an ad to sell a product, a manual to learn from and refer back to, or an interactive form used amongst remote workers for project completion tracking, CMC Bookworks is the answer to creating a document or publication that will invite and hold the attention your message deserves. Desktop publishing & photography is where it began by offering property flyer creation to agents. This service illuminated the importance & understanding of images and text and brought about the experience gained in ad copy & the need for visual enticement for the reader. All of this grew as I began meeting the requests for other marketing needs & also basic software training in other agency related functions. Soon I found myself teaching these processes one on one & later in classroom settings. The joy of teaching and seeing adult students receive immediate benefits & success, became another passion & purpose. The challenge became the need to condense the information, from the inner workings of a computer or the features of a software, down to quick step by step functions that served a specific outcome. This skillset remains dominate in my work experience and has allowed me to assist with procedural manuals, interactive team forms, digital magazines and more.
