GPUL is the Group of Programmers and Users of Linux based in A Coruña, Spain. We are a non-profit born in the Faculty of Computer Science in the University of A Coruña (FIC). We are mostly dedicated to the promotion of Free Software and its use, both in general and particular inside our university. To accomplish that we host conferences, talks and other events for Free Software promotion. We have been behind the organization of internacional congresses such as DUDEsConf, Guademy 2008, GUADEC 2012, Akademy 2015 and XDC2018; and we have also participated as volunteers in many more events.
