The Purple Thread is an empowering collective connecting health, living, and community. 1:1 certified well-being support and heart-centered live experiences for better balance and more wonder. Certified in Holistic Health & Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Though stemming from first-hand experience with dating violence, my story and guided Q&A is ultimately one of empathy, healing, and the search for balanced well-being. I aim to remind the audience that in order to move forward, we must first connect back to ourselves. I encourage the tie-in of in-school/local counseling resources so that students are left not only inspired but empowered with tangible support on their own well-being journey. The live audience reach exceeds 7K individuals ranging from students of sixth grade through college, nonprofits, corporations, and more. Engagements are equal parts storytelling and conversation, and always customizable. The Marist-born club is in its 12th year on campus.Balanced well-being isn't perfect, it's better.
